CREAM CARAMEL

Ingredients
sugar 200g
water 160ml
eggs 6
sugar 90g
milk 900ml
vanilla essence
METHOD
pre heat the oven 170c
cook the sugar with water until it gets caramelize
then put caramel mixture into small ramekin
beat the eggs and add warm milk into eggs then add vanilla essence ,make the custard mix.
put mixture into ramekin then place into oven
