CUPCAKES

Ingredients

Butter 175g

sugar 175g

2tsp vanilla essence

3 eggs

flour 175g

method

• cream the butter and sugar
• then add eggs gradually
• add vanilla essence
• add flour into egg mixture
• finally add chocolate chip into mixture
• break into small pieces, place into a baking tray and put into oven bake 10 to 15 minutes.
