EASY SPONGE CAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 eggs;
  • pinch of salt;
  • 3/4 cup
  • 1 cup flour;
  • 1 tsp baking powder;
  • 50g butter, melted

1 Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

2 oil the 20cm square cake tin and line the base with baking paper.

3 Beat the eggs with salt then add sugar ,cream the butter and sugar

4 sift the flour and baking powder then add into butter and sugar mixture then fold it do not mix too much just fold

5 place into cake tin and put into oven bake 25 to 30 minutes
