ingredients

couple of potatoes

onion

four five eggs deepened on thickness

salt and pepper

Method

  • slice the onion and potatoes
  • beat the eggs
  • put oil on the pan and cook the onion and potatoes
  • drain the oil add onion and potatoes mixture into eggs
  • add salt and pepper ,
  • put mixture into frying pan and cook one side first then flip over carefully with using plate.
