BREAD & BUTTER PUDDING

ingredients
- few bread slices
- sugar 40g
- milk 300ml
- eggs 3
- vanilla essence
- butter 30g
- jam couples of tsp
- berries

Method
- apply butter into bread slices then cut into small pieces
- whisk eggs add sugar vanilla then warm milk
- put bread pieces into the baking tray then add berries butter and jam
- them put crusted mix into bread
- bake in the oven 180c for 30 minutes
