AVOCADO ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS
- cream 200ml
- condensed milk 200ml
- one ripe avocado
- 30ml lemon juice
- green coloring

method
- blend avocado and lemon juice set aside
- beat cream until it gets stiff then add condensed milk
- add avocado & lemon mixture into cream and mix it
- finally add green coloring
- put into a suitable container and freezer for at least 7 hours
