PROTEIN PANCAKES (PEANUT BUTTER )

This meal ideal for those who like to eat healthy meals. good source of protein, you can add protein powder into the mix as well, best breakfast meal, and also can have after a gym workout.

ingredients

  • wholemeal flour 120g
  • almond milk 350ml
  • One egg
  • peanuts butter 20g
  • blueberry 150g

method

  • beat egg and peanut butter first
  • then add almond milk gradually
  • add flour gradually
  • mix it well then put blueberries
  • on a hot pan add butter then put pancakes mix into the hot pan using a big spoon
  • cook slowly then genteelly flip it over
