SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE

ingredeants
- spaghetti pasta 350g
- onion 1
- garlic few
- tomato 1
- canned tomato 1
- minced beef 400g
- red wine 2 tbsp
- oregano 1tsp
- salt &papper
- Parmesan cheese
- leek half

method
- cut all the vegetables first
- then fry them add mince into that
- cook it well and add canned tomato oregano salt and pepper
- then add red wine cook for 45 minutes
- boil hot water add oil and salt into water
- put pasta into boiling water
- cook for 15 minutes
