CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Lets make chocolate chip cookies at home
- 200g Butter
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 1 cup Soft Brown Sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- 3 cups Flour
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 150g chocolate chips
- hand full of white chocolate
How to Make Chocolate Chip Cookies

In a bowl, whisk the butter, sugar, and add brown sugar together until no brown sugar lumps remain. Whisk in the egg, Finally, whisk in the vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix together with a large spoon . The dough will be very soft, yet thick. add in the chocolate chips Cover the dough and chill in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours . Chilling is most an important.
Preheat oven to 180c Line two large baking sheets with baking paper or silicone baking mats. Set aside
Take the dough out of the refrigerator and allow to soften at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes.
Roll the dough into balls, or you can use ice cream scoop about 3 Tablespoons of dough each.
Bake the cookies for 8 to 10 minutes. The cookies will look very soft . They will continue to bake on the cookie sheet. Allow to cool them on cooling rack ,bit carefully when trasfering cookies to cooling rack
let it cool down and ready to eat
