- chicken breast 250g
- flour 100g
- parmesan cheese 50g
- eggs 2
- butter 100g
- breadcrumb 100g
Lay the chicken out on a cutting board. Hold your knife parallel to the cutting board and slice the chicken breasts in half so one breast is now two cutlets.
lace eggs and flour in 2 separate bowls. In a third shallow bowl, combine crumb , Parmesan, Season with salt and pepper.
dip chicken cutlets into flour, then eggs, and then crumb mixture, pressing to coat.
In a large pan over medium heat, heat 2 tablespoons butter . Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes per side. bake in oven 15min
serve with pasta and spinach with butter sauce
