  • 1 Tbsp  coffee 
  • ¾ cup water
  •  1 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 1¾ cup Flour
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1¼ cups almond milk 
  • ½ cup oil

  • 1/2 cup coco powder 
  • 1 cup icing sugar 
  • 1 tbsp dairy free butter
  • 4 to 5 tbsp hot water 


 Preheat the oven to 180°C (reduce to 160 for fan forced). dairy free butter or oil on baking tray 23-cm cake tin with baking paper.
 Dissolve the coffee in water, then place all wet ingredients into bowl and mix then add all other ingredients mix well
 Pour the mixture into the cake tin. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour 15 minutes , or until cook

  • put icing sugar and cocoa powder and butter
  • then add hot water gradually mix it well
  • this is dairy free chocolate sauce so you can add dairy free butter or oil and make-sure it will take time depending on quantty so keep mixing until it gets thick
  • you can add more icing sugar and butter there no specific mesurament
