MANGO MOUSSE ONLY 3 INGREDIENTS
- cream 200ml
- mango 200g
- whites chocolate melted 150g
In a large size bowl add the cold cream and whip until medium peaks form. Then add the mango puree and mix gently . Save some of the cream in a separate bowl to use it later for decoration.
add melted white chocolate and fold it into the cream and mango mixture until well combined.
Pour the mousse into small dessert cups. Serve whipped cream on top and some mango puree .
