No Bake Mango Cheesecake

If you don’t have an oven at home but you love a nice luscious cheesecake, then you’re in luck because, in today’s video, I will be showing you how to make a “No-Bake Mango Cheesecake”. I’m going to show you how easy it is to make this delectable dessert – easy as mix, pour, and, chill

ingredients

Base

  • 250g of biscuits
  • 80g butter melted

cheesecake

  • 300g Mango puree
  • 500g cream cheese
  • 160 ml cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 150g white chocolate melted
  • 12g gelatine sheets or powder

Topping

  • Mango purre 180g
  • water 70ml
  • 4g gelatine sheets

Method

Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs. Pour into a bowl and add in melted butter. Mix well and pour into a pan Press the crumbs to the base. Chill in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes.

Melt the white chocolate in microwave or double boiler set aside

in a bowl, add in cream cheese and whisk until fluffy. Add melted chocolate and mix until the mixture is a bit thicker. Do not over mix

In a bowl add in cold water and gelatine sheets set aside

add mango puree into mixture mix

then dissolve gelatine sheets in warm water ,

Add tempered gelatine into cheesecake mixture. Immediately mix all together to combine. Pour into biscuits chilled base. into refrigerator at least one hour

In a bowl add in cold water and 4g gelatine sheets set aside

mix mango puree and water

dissolve gelatine sheets in warm water and add into mango puree mixture

taking out cheesecake from refrigerator then pour mango mixture into cheesecake top

add mango pieces and strawberries pieces put back to refrigerator at least 3 hours ( will be ready in hour but better to keep it another extra hours or so
