blueberry oats

ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled Oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • pick of salt
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey

Chocolate & Banana

ingredients

  • Half mash banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Peanutbutter & jam

ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp Peanut-butter
  • 1 tbsp jam
  • 1 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk

mix well and put into cup store in refrigerator overnight
